H1 visa's are accepted here. Bariatric Physician Needed in this quaint community. Hospital is searching for a Board Certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician with experience/interest in weight management. The position is 100% Bariatric and Outpatient. The ideal candidate will share a strong interest in working with the Bariatric patient population and have Medical Bariatric Certification or be open to training. They provide women and men with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively lose and manage their weight. Because it is a multi-faceted disease, they offer a multi-disciplinary treatment approach and three distinct programs: Nutritional Counseling - Registered dietitians certified in weight management training; Medical (non-surgical) Weight Management- All of the programs support the role of nutrition, behavior modification and activity in lifestyle change; and Surgical Weight Management- Gastric Banding (LAP-BAND(r)), Gastric Bypass Surgery, and Gastric Sleeve.
