Established (1957), 65-physician owned and operated, multi-specialty group, located in Indiana. Beautiful, professional community, with excellent schools, located just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. We are also only 25 minutes from the Indiana Dunes along Lake Michigan. Live in or near a major metropolitan area but practice in physician friendly Indiana. We are the dominant supplier of health care in our area with 110,000 active patient files. This opportunity provides a built-in referral base. We have 3 patient care facilities in Northwest Indiana. They also have an ambulatory surgery center attached to the Specialty Center where Endocrinology is located. Their compensation package is competitive (4 .5 days a week and partnership after two years is the rule, not the exception.
