Traumatic Surgery Physician Opportunity only:
Traumatic Surgery - Trauma Surgeon Opportunity 30 minutes from NYC!
This 792 bed acute care not-for-profit health system just 32 minutes from NY City is seeking a BE/BC Trauma and Critical Care Surgeon to join them as an employed physician. The system has a busy program seeing on average over 1,000 Trauma/CC surgical cases each year and the ER is on track to see 110K visits. They currently have three (3) employed Trauma and Critical care Surgeons and have an additional four (4) contracted surgeons who are doing more than just trauma. The system is moving towards a fully employed service. Call will be minimally 1:4.
The hospital is truly a state-of-the –art teaching hospital and has the largest NICU in NJ (25 intermediate bassinets and 25 intensive bassinets). The hospital has 14 OR’s and a 64 bed ICU.
This is an employed position. Compensation is excellent and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
