Job Title: Executive Coordinator to the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Hospital/Clinic - CEO/CFO/COO/Exec - Position Title: Executive Coordinator to the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer

1. General job duties. Types of procedures required. Types and ages of patients, number of rooms
Provides high-level administrative and clerical support to the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer. Tasks include scheduling, monitoring and acting on emails, project management, minute taking, conducting research, drafting correspondence and data tracking.
2. Equipment utilized in the unit|dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) What equipment is attached to the clinic, x-ray, lab or do they have to send out for these? What hospitals will have privileges if any
Computer will be provided.
3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. Skills may include anything from Surgical (Ortho, Neuro, CV, etc.) Family Practice, Cardiology, Geriatrics, etc.
Excellent administrative assistant skills including proficient keyboarding skills, minute taking skills, strong analytical skills, writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Superior written and oral communication skills. Must be self-directed and demonstrate effective problem solving skills and superior organizational skills. Must provide excellent customer service skills and exhibit a high-level of professionalism.
4. Specific licensures and certifications|registrations required. (BLS, ACLS, NCCPA|AANP) Is a national certification required? Is a DEA, Prescriptive Authority required?
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5. Shift or schedule requirements. (What support staff are in the clinic; Is a doctor available by phone, in the clinic, etc.) Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?
Hours are Monday – Friday, 8A – 5P with one hour lunch.
6. Dress Code: Business.
7. Tell us about the unit|department specific training and orientation program.
Will train for 2 weeks with current incumbent, who is going on maternity leave.
