Job Title: Full Time Occupational Therapist

Corpus Christi     (Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Occupational Therapist - Occupational Therapist | OT

We are currently seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to fill a key role in the Corpus Christi area. As the Occupational Therapist you will evaluate and treat residents and patients with conditions that are mentally, physically, developmentally, or emotionally disabled to improve their ability to perform tasks of daily living and working environments in compliance with federal guidelines and state practice acts.

We are looking for someone who is committed to patient care and wants to be a prominent member of a tight knit community. The work would be a mix of inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed. New graduates will be considered, however three to five years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred. The area is known for great fishing, hunting, as well as nearby beach access.

The position is Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with no on call schedule

Under a physician's orders, the Occupational Therapist will screen, evaluate resident|patient, and develop appropriate care plan on a case by case basis.
Maintains patient records in an accurate and timely manner.
Will Devise special tools and treatments for the specific needs of patients.
Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and|or federal regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.


Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy
Three (3) years of clinical experience preferred.
State approved certification to provide advanced level treatments where applicable.
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Licensed in the State of Texas.
Preferred: Certified Hand Therapist
