(Physician/MD qualifications required) Cancer Center Director Opportunity

The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a vision for the Cancer Center that expands its clinical activities, scientific discoveries and education initiatives. Will work with the Vice Chancellor of Health Sciences, Dean of the School of Medicine and CEO of University Health Care to guide strategic planning and evaluation, scientific direction, community outreach, coordinated delivery of multidisciplinary clinical cancer care, advancement activities, and organizational administration.

Candidates should be highly regarded for their effective leadership skills and their ability to develop interdisciplinary collaborations. The new Cancer Center will be uniquely positioned within the University campus, which is one of a half dozen universities with Veterinary Medicine, Medicine, and Animal Science on the same campus.
