McCall and Lee has been engaged by a client to recruit a Full Time Physical Therapist to fill a key role in the North, Texas area. As the Physical Therapist you will evaluate and treat residents and patients with conditions that are mentally, physically, developmentally, or emotionally disabled to improve their ability to perform tasks of daily living and working environments in compliance with federal guidelines and state practice acts.

We are looking for someone who is committed to patient care and wants to be a prominent member of a tight knit community. The work would be a mix of inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed. New graduates will be considered, however three to five years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred. The area is known for great fishing, hunting, as well as scenic hiking.

The position is Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Under a physician's orders, the Physical Therapist will screen, evaluate resident|patient, and develop appropriate care plan on a case by case basis.
Maintains patient records in an accurate and timely manner.
Will Devise special tools and treatments for the specific needs of patients.
Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and|or federal regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
One Saturday per month: (2-4 hours)
8-10 Patients per day
30 and 60 minute block scheduling
Patient Mix: inpatient, outpatient, and home health
Orthopedic, post-surgical, and non-surgical
Neuro
Some wound PT requiring debridement
Salary negotiable, DOE
$5,000 Relocation
$2,500 Retention Bonus every two years

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy
Three (3) years of clinical experience preferred.
State approved certification to provide advanced level treatments where applicable.
Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
Licensed in the State of Texas.
