Job Title: Urgent Care or ER Physician

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Urgent Care - 50 minutes from Harrisburg, PA.
30 minutes from Hagerstown,MD.

PHYSICIAN – URGENT CARE
We are seeking a Physician with experience in Walk-In Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Care to join our team. Must be able to see all age groups.
Open daily 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
FlexSchedule of 3 12 hr. days one week and then 4 12hr. days the next or

Work 12 hour shift for 7 days and then enjoy 7 days off

Salary
Range $185,000 - $192,500.

Current schedule is three 12 hour days one week and four 12 hour days the next week, rotating thereafter. There may be some flexibility with that schedule if the other provider agrees.

a RVU incentive program in addition ($10,000 guaranteed 1st year). Medical, dental, life and long term disability provided. Can purchase vision and additional life, as well as short term disability. Retirement program with match from employer. CME – 40 hours and $3000 in a calendar year; prorated first year if start other than 1/1. Vacation accrues bi-weekly for a total of 120 hours annually; increases at start of year 4 to 160 hours annually. Sick program accrues bi-weekly for 40 hours in a one year period.


3 on 4 off - 3-12hr.days with 4 days off.
