Job Description:

• Client's mission is to improve children's health with technology that efficiently connects schools, families, and healthcare providers. Healthy Schools is the Nation’s largest provider of in-school high-quality, no-cost health services directly to public school students during the school day.

• District managers are in charge of multiple district offices and for the implementation of operational practices making sure each runs smoothly, meeting budget and sales goals and is complying with any marketing and parent engagement campaigns and promotions. This person assists in developing policies and procedures for the resolution of School District issues and problems.

• In performing their duties, District Managers act as a bridge between Healthy Schools and the school districts in their designated area; they ensure School District satisfaction by duly fulfilling service delivery requirements with primary focus on parent engagement, district retention, upselling and student participation.

• He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of a program are executed according to School District expectations.

• In this role, strong leadership and organizational skills, logical reasoning skills and business intelligence are required. The ability to take the initiative toward desired results is essential. A solid healthcare experience is a plus.

• The position is based in locations where District Offices are located.


• Responsible for school district relationships. Maintains a cooperative working relationship and direct communication with the school districts.
• Up selling services where we need to – Supported by Sales team
• Oversees and directs the work of Healthy Schools’ district office personnel to ensure program goals are being met.
• Be in charge of operational practices making sure that each district office runs smoothly and meets projected program goals.
• Ensure that Healthy School programs deliver value and excellence to the school districts.
• Coordinates request for school district assistance with pre-clinic activities, parent engagement, student enrollment and execution of services at the schools.
• Keeps Healthy Schools’ senior management informed of issues which the school districts may have an interest in
• Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow school participation, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Ensure that all projects are executed in compliance to standardized Healthy Schools best practices.
• Implementing the Marketing and Growth strategy
• Daily management of district office and assistant district managers, including budgets, ordering and inventory controls (vaccines, supplies, rental cars, other).
• Other duties as defined by Healthy Schools’ executives.

Skills and Job Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business or a related field required.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple service locations.
• Strong interpersonal communication and client services skills.
• Ability to implement strong training programs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinking.
• Business development and strategy implementation knowledge.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to sell, manage and drive growth
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Good administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to be away from home occasionally overnight.
• Good understanding of the relationship between schools, school district and service providers.
• Ability to work independently.
