Carlsbad, CA    Registered Nurse - TELEMETRY * up to $50,000 bonus MLR is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team on the beautiful California coast. Position Overview: As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you’ll be a vital member of our healthcare team, providing high-quality, patient-focused care in our telemetry unit. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fulfilling and challenging environment while enjoying the stunning coastal California views. Key Responsibilities:•Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, recognizing and promptly addressing any abnormalities. •Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. •Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to established protocols. •Assess and reassess patients' conditions, communicating changes to the appropriate healthcare team members. •Provide patient and family education on cardiac conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care. •Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement patient care plans. •Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications:•Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California. •Acute Care or Telemetry experience is preferred. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
