Job Title: Pharmacist

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Pharmacist - 13-week assignment for a pharmacist in Fort Wayne, IN!
General job duties. Types of procedures required. General Description:
Provides pharmaceutical care services to the patients of Parkview Health. Services include, but are not limited to, oversight, monitoring, preparation, dispensing, and proper documentation of patient medication therapy, as well as advising physicians on matters pertaining to drug usage and control within assigned hospital locations and providing drug information, patient information, and oversight of information and dispensing processes and systems.
Ideally we would like an Epic-trained pharmacist, with experience in inpatient pharmacy. We could also use a pharmacist with Epic outpatient pharmacy activity (although these are more of a unicorn). So we could actually use two pharmacists if they happen to have an outpatient pharmacy-trained pharmacist also. Unfortunately, our clinical training is extensive and we’re not looking to have to invest excessive effort in filling our gaps.
