Responsible for the operations, staffing, finances, direction and administration of The Medical Group. Lead operational improvement projects and performance excellence initiatives throughout the organization. Responsible for development and implementation of strategic|operational changes and process improvement initiatives|projects designed to achieve results in support of the Quadruple Aim: Quality | Cost | Experience | Satisfaction. The focus will be on cost effectiveness, service delivery, process design and re-design, outcomes measurement, risk avoidance|control and regulatory compliance. The Executive Director will achieve this through meaningful and intentional decision making in tandem with peers; each providing a unique perspective for a holistic approach to excellence.

Essential Functions and Job Duties

•Responsible for the overall operation of the organization including
?Patient care
?Contract relations
?Activities relating to growth
?Financial analysis and performance
?Provider recruitment
•Strategic Planning
•Oversee Medical Group senior management team who have direct responsibility for specific functional areas of the organization
•Organize and direct the organization professionally and efficiently
•Maintain and promote good communication between staff and between physicians
•Develop and monitor organizational policies in conjunction with Medical Group management staff, senior management and Board of Directors
•Serve as liaison for the Medical Group physicians and staff, community
•Demonstrate a thorough understanding of current and changing State and Federal Regulatory and Legislative governing requirements
•Authority to Hire, Terminate, initiate corrective action plans
•Responsible for evaluation of Directors and oversight of Director evaluations of Managers

•Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
•Monitoring|Assessing performance of self, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
