Practice embedded in a primary care clinic with no other Psychiatrists on site. One therapist on site. Other colleagues: 2 Child Adolescent Psychiatrists and 1 Geriatric Psychiatrist in Sacramento; 1 Child|Adolescent Psychiatrist who treats adults in Folsom. Colleagues in the group meet face to face monthly to bond, learn from each other, etc.
Compensation $240K income guarantee, plus shareholder track after two years, great benefits
