Starting salary - $260,000 plus up to $50,000 available as an incentive bonus.
Sign-on and|or Retention bonuses available.
Robust benefit package. 2 weeks’ vacation (yes even with block scheduling)
One week of paid CME time off and $4,000 for CME activity.
Hospitalist shifts are 7 on| 7 off. Day and night shifts are shared equally among the staff.
Typical shift will have up to 15-20 patients, including 5-7 new admits.
No procedures required.
