Orthopedic Surgery practice with 4 Orthopedic Surgeons, 3 Physician Assistants and an excellent support staff. Employed position. Guaranteed base salary for the first year. Conversion to a $|wRVU based salary, plus performance incentives in years 2 and beyond. Full-time position with 5 days of ED call per month.
Income & Benefits: Base salary guarantee: $500,000. Performance bonus incentives: up to 16% of base salary. Signing Bonus: $50,000.
Relocation: $12,500. Paid time off: 30 days per year (vacation, sick leave, and required CME). Health, dental, vision & retirement
benefits. CME Allowance: $7,000 per year.
