(Physician/MD qualifications required) BC/BE Ob/Gyn needed to join an established group. Benefits of joining this practice include: ?Two-year guaranteed salary ?Signing bonus ?Full comprehensive benefits package for physician and family ?Outstanding profit sharing plan ?Full partnership offered after two years with a minimal buy-in ?Four-weeks PTO offered for the first year ?$3,000 plus one week for CME offered the first year ?$10,000 relocation expense reimbursement Specifics of the OB/GYN department include: ?Six OB/GYN physicians and one nurse practitioner ?Call coverage expectations: ?1:5 weekend and weekday ?Office visits average 18-20 patients per day ?Approximately 900 births per year ~ average of 400 performed by OB/GYN department. ?Approximately 200-250 c-sections ?Currently doing VBACs ?Level 2 Nursery (Level 3 at University of Minnesota) ?24/7 ER coverage provided by hospital ?Hospitalist program provided by ACMC ?Practice includes: ?Office procedures: LEEP, colposcopy, cystometrics, hysteroscopy, ultrasound, vaginal rejuvenation, ablation, essure, novasure ?Advanced laproscopic surgery, GYN oncology, supracervical hysterectomy, full infertility (not IVF), local management of high risk pregnancy ?Practice will be approximately 50 percent OB Clinical Services/Equipment: Imaging Center ? X-Ray, Ultrasound (Sonography), Echocardiography, MRI, CT, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Bone Densitometry, Laboratory, Physical Therapy, Willmar Surgery Center, Occupational Medicine, Optometry, Bariatrics/Weight Control Center, ACCEL Fitness Program, Sports Medicine, Hearing & Balance Center, Health & Learning Center, Geriatrics, Wound Clinic Specialty Support ? (In-House): Allergy/Asthma, Anesthesiology, Audiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Nephrology, Neurology, Oncology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Psychology, Urgent Care, Urology Specialty Support ?
