BC/BE General Neurosurgeon needed to join this group. They prefer someone with less than 10 years of experience.  This very busy, highly regarded Neurosurgical practice is recruiting a full-time Neurosurgeon to join our team. We are offering $400,000 annual base compensation for a first year neurosurgeon, which includes trauma call pay. There is eligibility for bonus incentive pay for any collections beyond the guaranteed base salary, in addition to a starting bonus of $40,000. We are also offering relocation reimbursement up to $12,500, with an additional $4,000 reimbursement available for house hunting. We are also able to offer a recruitment loan of $103,000 over 36 months. Benefits include health/dental insurance, including dependent coverage, long-term disability insurance, life insurance, retirement plan, and malpractice insurance.The hospital is a part of a not-for-profit healthcare system that consists of two hospitals. It services an area of over 100,000. They have about 34,500 annual ER visits, 7,300 annual inpt admissions, and 800 annual deliveries. They have 12 ICU beds and 6 OR suites, outpatient surgery center, 8 LDRP suites, cancer center, diagnostic cath lab, hospitalist program, vascular lab, CT,MRI, Ultrasound, and bariatric program. They have an affiliation with OHSU and have about 8 students annually.
