Community Attractions

If the outdoors is calling you, this is where you want to visit. You'll find some of the best outdoor recreation and most spectacular scenery in the state right here in the Central Arkansas Ozarks. The counties of this region are sparsely populated, with vast lakes, big rivers and rugged forested terrain in between towns. The White, Black and Norfork rivers also offer visitors excellent fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and swimming, while Bull Shoals Lake and Norfork Lake present more motorized water sport opportunities. The towns are all quaint and relaxed but provide plenty of amenities like live music, great restaurants, and plenty of shopping and restaurant destinations.
