(Physician/MD qualifications required) Emergency Medicine - This South Georgia medical center is seeking a board certified|board eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join the hospital staff as a member of the Emergency Medicine team. This employed physician will receive a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines and benefits described below.
• Guaranteed salary is competitive starting at mean of MGMA; plus profit sharing and quality bonuses
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents
• Schedule: Twelve, 12-hour shifts per month (up to 144 hours|month); extra pay for extra call
• Facilities details: Newly-renovated 24-hour emergency department with 24 private patient treatment rooms; rooms are equipped with Advanced Cardiac Monitoring Systems and feature computers at the bedside for nurse documentation; hospital physicians’ lounge with meals provided; and a 24-hour hospital employee gym
