Requirements:
Resume
RN- PA license (in good standing)
Current - BLS/CPR
2- current references
2- step PPD (within the last 12 months)
MMR/Varicella/Hep B
Current physical (within the last 12 months)
Must be able to pass back ground check
Must be able to pass urine drug screen
Pay Rates - $32-$35/hr. (DOE)
