REQUIREMENTS
• CA- RN - license in good standing
• 2 years of current Home Health experience
• BLS – current
• Must have 2 year + of Oasis – experience
• 2- Current- clinical references
• Current – Physical (within-12 months)
• Current – PPD (within- 12 months)
• Titers- MMR/Varicella/Hep B
• Tdap and Flu vaccine – current
• Respiratory Fit testing (within 12 months)
• Must be able to past a back ground screening
• Must be able to past urine drug testing
