DESCRIPTION: COME WORK WITH STAR NURSING!
We are seeking qualified Oncology RN’s to work in the Oncology unit! An Oncology Nurse provides care for cancer patients and those at risk for getting the disease. They monitor physical conditions, prescribe medication, and administer chemotherapy and other treatments. Oncology is one of the most challenging and rewarding fields in nursing and no two days on the job are ever the same.
REQUIREMENTS
• Active -RN- license in working state
• 2 years of current acute care/hospital experience
• BLS/ACLS/Chemo-cert
• 2- Current references (RN’s)
• Current – Physical (within-12 months)
• Current – PPD (within- 12 months)
• Titers- MMR/Varicella/Hep B
• Tdap and Flu vaccine – current
• Respiratory Fit testing (within 12 months)
• Must be willing to float to Med/Surg/Tele
• Must be able to pass a back ground screening
• Must be able to pass urine drug testing
