Salary up to ~ $72,000 DOE
RELOCATION Incentive up to $10,000

Social Worker- LISW, LMSW, LPCC ? -Qualifications:Responsibilities:
Provides crisis intervention, emotional support, resource information, discharge planning, and legal reporting you will be working closely with patients and their families as well as community agencies and other professional healthcare groups. It would be very helpful to have knowledge of resource availability within the State of New Mexico.

Licensed Independent Social Work, LISW - proof of license due at time of hire
MSW - Masters of Social Work
Positive attitude
1 year of Social Work in a Hospital Setting
Psychosocial assessments and discharge planning for high-risk patients
Crisis Intervention and emotional support to patients and families
Perform Legal reports for suspected child abuse and elder abuse and domestic violence referrals
