DIVISION: Community Dental
REPORTS TO: Dental Director

• Loan forgiveness available Via Federal Loan Forgiveness after 120 loan payments. Otherwise, no loan forgiveness as this time.
• Salary Range : $150k|year
• Sign-on bonus Yes - negotiable per contract. Typically around $5-10k.

• We are offering a monthly stipend for any dental student who signs a contract to work in any of our locations prior to graduation.


One for each location? Anniston, Athens, Dothan, Enterprise, Boaz, Leesburg, Montgomery, Selma

Hours of Operation : M-F (8:00-5:00)

•Establish and maintain high quality standards for professional care, ethics and conduct.
•Make referrals to specialists or other professionals as needed for patient care and make written records of such.
•Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
•Assist other providers with patient care or consultation when needed.
•Supervise general operations of the dental center and its employees in absence of the Dentist-In-Charge.
•Complete all records in an accurate and timely manner.
•Train auxiliary dental personnel, including dental hygienist and|or dental assistants, as needed.
•Perform outcome measure data collection and reporting where indicated.
•Ensure that professional standards of care as formulated by QA committee and administration are met.
•Responsible for quality assurance, risk management and infection control programs.
•Respond to patient onsite concerns or complaints when present.
•Prepare and submit patient disqualifications and dismissals.
•Complete and initial drug log entries when medicines are dispensed.
•In the absence of the Dentist-In-Charge, report any failure of equipment to Director of Clinical Operations for repair or replacement and maintain a record of all repairs or replacements at the dental center.
•Establish relationship with other departments within the dental center site and maintain good rapport with them.
•Act as Safety Officer over the dental center and report and make written records of any accidents on the job.
•Ensure that dental center is maintained and run according to OSHA & HIPAA standards.
