Job Title: RN Transplant Coordinator - $10k sign on bonus

Working in the clinic as a transplant coordinator very rewarding. You see patients at their sickest and as the coordinator you play an essential part in walking them through their transplant journey. You can share in their joy of their health and new organ and continue to follow them through the clinic. Being part of a team that plays an integral part in such a big milestone for this patient populations health is a great feeling!



As a Transplant Coordinator, you will:

Assumes responsibility and accountability for comprehensive care, support and education to transplant recipients, living donors and their families throughout all phases of the transplant process. Participates as a member of the transplant multidisciplinary team to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient, ensuring the coordination of the clinical aspects for the transplant recipient or living donor. Acts as a liaison between a kidney transplant program and dialysis facilities, as applicable. Utilizes the nursing process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values

Minimum Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of Nursing



Minimum Experience Requirements

Two years of recent acute care nursing experience

Previous transplant experience, preferred

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Strong Computer skills



License|Certifications

Current Colorado RN license

Current BLS from the American Heart Association

Clinical Transplant Coordinator certification, preferred
