(Physician/MD qualifications required) Internal Medicine - A nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking a Full Time Physician who will serve as a primary care provider to a panel of patients providing outpatient care within our Patient Centered Care Model.
This physician will have an opportunity to care for a diverse population of patients and be assisted by an ancillary staff dedicated to providing an excellent practice environment. This is an opportunity to provide the full spectrum of care.
The Physician assesses health risks, promotes and provides disease prevention, and practices evidenced based medicine.
