*The organization's providers see 5,000 clients annually, and partners with a local FQHC integrating primary care services and behavioral health to offer clients optimal health care services.
*Primarily outpatient position, to see patients ages 18 and up. PNP opportunity allows you to provide services in a community crisis center, jail setting and in residential substance abuse treatment facilities, if interested.
*No inpatient services.
*The position is based in a facility, which co-locates with a federally qualified health clinic sharing populations served.
*The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
