NEW Histotech OR Histology Technician Opening at private laboratory that prides itself on providing the highest quality laboratory services in its area. Services include dermatology, urology, hematology|oncology and others! This CAP accredited laboratory is looking to hire two permanent and full time Hisotechs or Histology Technicians on nights - with some flexibility.
The histology technician prepares histologic slides from human tissue sections for microscopic examination and diagnosis by Pathologist. For consideration, applicants must have his or her AS degree in Histology (or related field) in addition to a HT or HTL ASCP Certification. Ideally applicants will also have a year of experience in embedding, microtomy, and special stains.
Compensation package includes competitive salaries, outstanding benefits and the opportunity to work in an excellent work environment. Either a sign on bonus or relocation assistance might be available for the right candidate as well.
