(Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice - A Federally Qualified Health Center’s (FQHC) operating as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) is seeking a full-time outpatient Family Medicine | Internal Medicine Physician who is committed to providing quality health care services to the people in the communities they serve.

As a result of continued growth we are looking for a candidate to provide services in the clinics The physician will provide quality primary medical care and emergency treatment to center’s patients while participating in appropriate supervision, coordination, and implementation of health care programs and procedures.

The Physician will supervise non-physician practitioners and work as part of the Care Team to ensure effective and quality care is given to the patient. This is an outpatient only opportunity and allows limited call and no nights|weekends|holidays.
