We are seeking a General Dentist to work for an out-patient clinic in the Granbury, Texas area. The Dentist would be working for an FQHC and provide needed dental services to the underserved patient population across the lifespan including pediatrics. The Dentist would work with a high Medicaid population and enjoy a professionally managed practice with the opportunity to receive loan repayment and competitive compensation and benefits. We are seeking a dentist that has a Texas license or one that is pending and has an interest in working with pediatrics, adolescents and adult patients. $5,000 Relocation | Signing bonus is available to the right candidate.
Clinic hours: 8:00am -5:00pm Monday through Thursday and Friday from 8:00am=3:00pm
Total number of Hygienists 2.
Total number of chairs for Dentist + one hygiene
Dental Patients 2020 both locations= Estimate 2,200 pts | 4,800 Encounters
Dental Patients 2021 (Jan – April) both locations= Estimate 1,000 pts |2,000 Encounters
Base Salary Offer of $130,000-$150,000 (Depending Upon Experience)
Loan repayment eligible site with $25,000 per year paid to the Dentists student loans (minimum of a 2 year commitment in exchange for $50,000)
Quarterly Bonus dependent on exceeding budgeted quality measures and budgeted patient encounters
Annual Allowance up to $1,500 toward CME with 5 days
No weekend clinics
No hospital call, but After-hours rotating call (phone only)
Paid Time Off (PTO) – Ten (10) days per year, with immediate 10 days upon signed contract – great work|life balance
Eight Holidays; 2 Personal Floating Holidays; Birthday Holiday = 11 Total
