We are looking for someone that has strong experience with staff development, managing training, education and staff mentoring. Experience with retention and employee motivation as well.

The Organizational Development Manager reports to the CFO and is a function of the human resources office.

The Organizational Development Manager designs, oversees and facilitates professional leadership development to support performance requirements. This position ensures that all managers have been provided the training, tools and resources they need to be effective. The OD Manager oversees the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. The OD Manager creates programs to build human capital and a strong employee engagement culture. The OD Manager facilitates the development and implementation of employee performance measurements to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Manager assesses leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Research and model best practices in instructional design and program management in order to improve how people work together and how organizations respond to change
Work with teams to identify opportunities for improvement and test the fit of potential new ways of working
Job duties:

Develops and delivers new employee orientation that’s in alignment with center's values and fosters a positive candidate experience
Delivers leadership training that is based upon organizational need and aligned with corporate goals
Leads and designs the development of programs geared towards enhancing employee engagement
Recommends workable and cost-effective training solutions to translate concepts of performance excellence into actionable behaviors
Plan, organize, and coordinate employee training programs and engagement services
QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Performance Management, Education Management, or relevant field concentrating on secondary and adult learning. Demonstrated experience in Educational Learning Design, E-Learning Management, Performance Management Systems, Virtual Training, and Microsoft Office Applications. A Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training and Development

Preferred: Master’s Degree in Organizational Performance Management. Healthcare Experience Preferred
