LVNs|LPNs will provide basic, bedside nursing care for sick, injured, convalescing, elderly, and physically or mentally disabled persons in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). The primary purpose is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. We are searching for LVNs|LPNs able to work regular schedules (up to 40 hours a week). Day shifts and PM shifts are available!

Complete and file required charts and treatment plans|physician orders, etc.
Admit transfer, and discharge residents as required.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
Make rounds with physicians as requested|necessary.
Orient and welcome new residents and families.
Answer call lights and provide nursing assistance.
Participate in and make recommendations for care plans.
Any other duties as required

Unencumbered California LVN|LPN license
At least 1 year of recent LVN|LPN experience
Clean background check
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) use in the workplace.
Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work a regular schedule.

Regular scheduling, up to 40 hours a week!
Day shift or PM shift

Salary $24-29|hour DOE
