Job Description
The primary focus of the Physician is to provide all-inclusive care to geriatric patients under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer.
Details:
• Full-time position with potential to convert to direct hire
• Outpatient setting with low patient volume and no call
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure medical needs of each patient are met
• Support staff includes dietician, home care liaison, nurse, physical therapist, and social worker

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Minimum one year of experience working with geriatric patient population
• Valid California medical license
• Current DEA and BLS
