Requirements of the Director for University Relations (Healthcare):

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least three years of direct experience leading campus recruiting and university relations functions independently or within a Talent Acquisition team
* At least three years of experience leading full-lifecycle recruitment
* At least two years of experience focused on cultivating diverse candidate pools and driving equitable recruitment practices; demonstrated success partnering with diversity organizations and schools
* Demonstrable track record with innovative sourcing methods via networking, organizations, internet, social sites, referrals, and direct recruiting

Responsibilities of the Director for University Relations (Healthcare):

* Create a strategic plan for cultivating university relations and engaging a diverse pool of early-career talent within the healthcare space.
* Establish university and campus recruitment objectives, and collaborate internally to maximize those efforts.
* Develop meaningful relationships with career services offices, faculty, student organizations, and administration representatives at medical schools, colleges, and medical residency programs ranging from institutions with pre-existing relationships to those with no current relationship.
* Represent the group at events sponsored by universities (such as information sessions, career fairs, and student organization meetings) and plan|coordinate in-house events.
* Lead full-cycle hiring of new|recent MD’s, NP’s and PA graduates in our annual hiring efforts for primary and specialty care.
* Apply equitable, consistent, and effective talent acquisition practices.
* Build and expand upon our existing programs to complement the broader University Relations strategy.
* Liaise with other members HR team, especially Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Generalists to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
* Foster positive relationships with larger Talent Acquisition team, helping to build and leverage a strong, diverse candidate pipeline.
* Measure and report upon progress and performance of University Relations objectives.
