We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist|Assistant to join our practice full time in Houston, TX (77018). We are seeking a motivated individual who can join our office, which is known for our friendly, outgoing, and professional staff, beginning with this critical position. We are in the Garden Oaks|Heights area of Houston and looking for someone who can reliably commute to our office within a 15 to 35 min drive. Bilingual is a plus! We will provide training for the right candidate!
Some experience in healthcare and ability to multi-task is preferred. Candidates must have excellent time management skills and the ability to perform expected tasks without supervision. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, detail oriented, organized, have exceptional interpersonal and phone communication skills, professional appearance, and be a team player. We would like someone to join our team, to provide Front Desk support, as well as assistant the Physician with patient care.

Our medical office has been providing high quality care to the community of Houston for over 20 years. We work as a team, appreciate each other, and dedicate ourselves to giving our patients’ the best care they deserve! We care for patients of all age ranges, from 1 month old through geriatrics, including care for pregnant women. We provide a wide array of services including orthotics, physical therapy, and chiropractic care. We partner up as a team with the doctors and management to ensure that we have an efficiently running practice.
Duties to include, but are not limited to:
• Front Desk responsibilities ie: answering the phones, assisting the patients with paperwork
• Organization and the utilization of common office programs
• Patient data entry
• Health insurance verification and interpretation
• Scheduling
• Assist in Administrative functions
• Assist the Physician with patient care
Basic responsibilities include:
-Greeting patients and scheduling
-Building and maintaining relationships with patients
-Maintain the cleanliness of the office and organization of workplace
• Some experience in healthcare and chiropractic preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Monday through Friday
• 40 hrs per week

Salary (range):
• $17|hour
• $32,000 annually
