We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Kearney, NE. We are seeking a PT who has experience with a wide range of patient age groups and injuries to join our enthusiastic team members, improving our patient’s quality of life!

Duties:
• Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records|imaging, and reason for visit
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and activities of daily living
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment
• Patient education on the benefits of PT and home exercises
• Documentation|progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered on billing sheets and in appropriate patient charts
• Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
• Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively to explain and maintain a patient treatment plan
• Evaluates current physical therapy programs and investigates potential new or revised therapy programs to improve the quality of patient care
• Oversees development of new physical therapy programs
• Ensures the physical therapy department follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures
• Offer analysis, information, and suggestions with the end goal of developing physical therapy operational policies; determine productivity, production, quality and patient-services procedures
• Intervening to overcome deviations in the expected plan of care
Qualifications:
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program approved by the American physical therapy association
• PT license in NE
• 3+ years of clinical experience delivering PT services
Salary (range):
• $75k-$100k (DOE)
