We are a retail Eye Practice.
Must Have Optical Store Experience
Must have prior work experience in an optical shop.
As an optical manager, your job duties include a mix of administrative and eye care tasks, such as
· Place orders for glasses and contact lenses, check and verify glasses and contact, repairs and adjustment of glasses.
· Trained clients and staff on the proper wear, use, insertion of, and removal of contact lenses.
· Conducted eye exams to adults and children, formulated glasses or contact lenses and referred patients for ophthalmic treatments.
· Analyze and interpret customers' written optical prescription to determine the lens specifications required for glasses and|or contact lenses.
· Hiring and training staff.
· Managing inventory.
· Processing insurance and billing.
· Submitting work orders for eyeglasses and contact lenses.
· Adjusting eyeglasses.
· Maintaining client records.
This is a full Time Position 40 hours per week.
We Are Open Monday through Saturday - Great Hours
Excellent compensation $45,000 to 60,000 annually.
