Job Description
-The Laboratory Supervisor works under the direction of the Laboratory Medical Director and Lab Manager, focusing on specifically assigned areas. The supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the assigned lab section in accordance with the laboratory’s goals and objectives. The supervisor performs duties to meet quality assurance, safety, and accreditation requirements and must exhibit a high degree of integrity, motivation, and teamwork, as well as excellent communication skills. Additionally, establishes and maintains efficient, accurate and consistent systems for administering and processing lab testing.
