We are offering a dynamic opportunity for a Physical Therapist to join our practice in Grapevine, TX. Ideally, we are seeking a motivated and experienced PT to be our Clinic Director. As Clinical Director you will help guide and influence the growth of our brand-new PT practice. You will help us build a practice the way you would build it! Even help us with choosing specific equipment you might desire. We are looking for someone excited about helping build up a client base. In the long run, we would love for this person to grow into the role of running all the clinical side of the practice. The clinical director will oversee all the PT's, PTA's and Techs and will be compensated for that extra role. We are also offering a PT position without the clinical director duties if the incoming candidate prefers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Physical Therapy evaluations|exams
• Diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations
• Treatment care plan formulation
• Prepare and administer skilled physical therapy treatment in accordance with the physician orders, referrals, prescriptions, current standards of care, and by assessing and interpreting evaluations, records and test results of patients
• Encourage continuation of therapeutic plan by designing home exercise regimens, recommending assistive equipment and follow-up programs that improve the patient's overall health
• Ensure smooth and timely patient flow in accordance with scheduled appointment times
• Promptly and thoroughly document and maintain clinical and administrative records, including but not limited to, daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, treatment progress and responses, and discharge summaries
• Maintain confidentiality of patient personal health information in accordance with HIPAA compliance
• Plan, organize and oversee clinical activities of the practice including ensuring compliance with regulations of governmental and accrediting agencies
• Lead by example and ensure accountability to the clinic missions, policies, standards and goals
• Oversee and adhere to the company's guideline for billing of clinical and non-clinical services
• Supervise Physical Therapists, PT Assistants, and Technicians with patient care and related activities, in accordance with skill level and deemed appropriate by the Texas State Code of Laws and other governing entities such as Medicare
• Contribute to videos and content for clinic social media, assist with marketing
• Lead educational workshops and presentations for community education
• Provide emergency backup for administrative staff to include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and checking in patients
Required Skills and qualifications
• Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited school
• PT License in TX
• 1+ year(s) of outpatient neuro|ortho center or vestibular rehab experience preferred
Schedule:
• Full time
• Mon- Friday 9-5
Compensation (range) :
• $85k-95k plus bonus (PT)
• $95k-105k both plus bonus (PT|Clinical Director)
