Job Title: Team Lead - Generalist, Core Lab - Nights/Weekends (SIGN-ON BONUS)

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Medical Technologist - This well-established, high-volume, free-standing, lab is looking for a Generalist Team Lead to work the weekend night shift (7pm-7am, Friday-Monday). They will be responsible for overseeing the core lab as a whole (7 different functional labs under the same roof: Chem|Hema, Micro, Cyto, Molecular, Flow, etc.).
Job Description:
- Supports teammates in the execution of the team's responsibilities.
- Responsible for training and coaching teammates, creating and improving standard work, and responding to abnormal conditions.
- Responsible for problem solving, safety and quality of the team's performance.
Qualifications:
- Must be an ASCP registered Medical Technologist or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Med Tech in a high-volume lab
