We are seeking an Administrative Nurse Manager to work with a well-respected clinic to provide oversight and support of Medical Assistants and Interventional Psychiatry Technicians. The Nurse Manager will work Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm and be responsible for 12 direct reports (6 interventional techs and 6 MAs). This is a new and very visible position with great career growth opportunity as well. The Nurse Manger will have the full support of the executive and clinical team. The base salary range is between $55,000-$65,000 with full benefits and a signing bonus. Job Summary:
The Manager, Medical Support Services provides oversight and logistical support for all aspects of clinical support for medication providers. This role supports the Medical Assistants|Care Navigators & Interventional Psychiatry Technicians and acts as liaison with medication providers.

Core Job Duties|Responsibilities:
• Acts as primary manager for Medical Assistant|Care Navigators and Interventional Psychiatry Technicians; provides guidance, coaching, and effective|timely feedback to team.
• Manages Inventory and supplies for onsite labs and TMS|Spravato treatments, ensuring that necessary supplies are onhand and effectively|safely stored.
• Creates, documents, implements, and regularly reviews and enforces processes, procedures, and policies for departments.
• Oversees intake process for new medication management and Interventional psychiatry patients at first appointment.
• Participates in the recruiting, onboarding, and management process by Interviewing and assessing candidates for open positions, providing on the job tutorials and training for new and incumbent staff, providing effective and timely feedback to team Including performance reviews, coaching and corrective action, and retraining as needed.
• Identifies and resolves Issues related to patient experience or services, and addresses complaints by providers or team members, escalating If needed to ensure adequate resolution.
• Enrolls patients in RIMS program for Spravato, and ensures that program requirements are met.
• Ensures that insurance payer requirements for Interventional psychiatry programs are met.
• Conducts routine audits for all programs to ensure compliance.
• Creates and maintains schedule for team, and effectively manages to ensure office needs are met.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
• Education|Experience:
o Associate's degree or higher education in related field preferred
o Prior experience with Interventional Psychiatry (TMS and|or Spravato) preferred
o Prior experience in mental health care environment preferred
• Licenses|Certifications:
o Current, unrestricted LPN or RN license Issued by the state of TN required
o Current CPR|BLS certification required (may be obtained prior to start date in role)
