(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Hospital/Clinic - Practice Manager - A dynamic integrated medical practice is looking for an energetic, organized and professional Front Office Manager to join their team. This person will be the Allstar that keeps the practice operating smoothly every day. You will work closely with the patients, the providers and other office staff to ensure each day goes off without a hitch. Previous experience is preferred and bilingual is a plus.

Tasks include but may not be limited to:

Verifying patient insurance and information every visit
Faxes, emails, phones, constant contacts, as well as other administrative tasks as needed
Taking care of office supply orders; keeping office properly stocked
Managing patient files, gathering appropriate information, documenting and sending appropriate files and documents as needed
Credentialing and contracting for all physicians
Running financial and productivity reports regularly on a scheduled basis to keep management and physicians on track. Helping office staff meet quotas by reporting this data accurately and timely.
Schedule and hold monthly meetings with Physicians
Work with EMR system to identify and implement system enhancements to provide quality patient experience and keep physicians informed and trained on all system updates
Assist business development team
Review schedules and make necessary changes, as needed
Process and document medical records requests
Authorizations and referrals
Review day sheets for financial or case errors
Balance self-pay ledgers
Manage staff calendars within the EMR
Coordinate staff holidays and birthdays
Manage attorney requests
Manage treatment verification requests
Front office procedures - develop, implement, maintain
Notice to treat
Adjust schedules|schedule lunches based on the day
Front desk assistance
Assist with patient billing
Address front desk issue escalations
Review and approve supply order requests
Review claims to ensure codes match procedures
Compliance and inspections for the facility
