Must-Haves:

Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy (B.S. or PharmD)

Licensure as a pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

5 years of progressively advanced hospital pharmacy experience

2 years of experience in Investigational Drug Pharmacy Services
