A great medical center in Albany is seeking a full-time, permanent Generalist (multiple shifts available). They are accepting applications from both MLS|CLS candidates and MLT|CLT candidates.
DESCRIPTION
• Perform tests that aid clinicians in the detection and diagnosis of disease and|or monitor the progress of illnesses or treatments initiated by a physician
• Performs maintenance and quality control procedures
• Use automated equipment and instruments as well as microscopes, cell counters, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• NY state license
• Clinical lab experience (especially in Chemistry and Hematology)
