Houston Medical District    (Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Hospital Pharmacist - Children's Heart Institute Intensive Care Unit at Children's Memorial Hermann seeks a Residency trained Clinical Pharmacist Specialist with Pediatric Cardiovascular experience|training to join our growing team. PGY2 or Fellowship required.
Must Have:
PGY2 Residency Training or Fellowship in Pediatrics
Previous experience with Pediatric Heart Transplant|Cardiac Surgery
Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a clinical specialist in a hospital setting
Principal Accountabilities:
Ability to promote teamwork, build effective relationships, and to lead|facilitate work groups
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of pharmacy and hospital computer systems and computer-assisted devices
Familiarity with health care reimbursement environment
