Job Responsibilities:
Conduct physical examinations and collect patient medical histories
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and other treatments
• Educate patients about self-management of their conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
Qualifications:
• MSN Degree from accredited school or University
• MUST Have Family Practice Experience
• Licensed as an FNP in California
