Director of Rehabilitation Services We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Rehabilitation to join our client's dynamic team. As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee and shape our rehabilitation programs, leading a team of dedicated professionals and guiding them to deliver exceptional care and transformative outcomes. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans and policies to ensure the highest quality of rehabilitation services. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of rehabilitation professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other specialists. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations to promote collaboration and drive growth. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated care for patients. • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management to achieve financial targets. • Stay updated with industry advancements, research, and best practices, and integrate them into the rehabilitation programs. Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a rehabilitation setting. • Possess a relevant degree (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Sciences) and appropriate licensure/certification. • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles, practices, and evidence-based interventions. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders. • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative rehabilitation programs. • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement. • Proficiency in healthcare software systems and technology.
