Are you a compassionate and skilled Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) seeking an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on women's healthcare? Look no further! We are a small boutique women's healthcare practice located in Gilbert, AZ, dedicated to providing personalized healthcare to each and every patient. We are currently seeking a talented WHNP to join our collaborative practice and play a key role in managing OB and GYN patients, offering a wide range of services.


Provide comprehensive healthcare services to women across the lifespan, including prenatal and postpartum care, well-woman exams, family planning, contraceptive management, and gynecologic evaluations.
Perform routine gynecologic procedures, such as Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast examinations.
Diagnose and treat common women's health conditions, such as menstrual disorders, menopause symptoms, and urinary tract infections.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Educate patients on women's health topics, including preventive measures, lifestyle modifications, and self-care practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.


Current certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) and valid state licensure in Arizona.
Prefer a minimum of one year of experience as a WHNP, preferably in a primary care or women's health setting. Will consider a new grad for the right candidate.
Proficiency in managing OB and GYN patients, including prenatal care, well-woman visits, and gynecologic procedures.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in women's healthcare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality and respecting cultural diversity.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
