Central Mississippi Region    Our Facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology & Oncology physician to build our new Oncology Center in Meridian, MS. Our Facility is an integrated healthcare system with more than 36,000 employees and over 4,600 employed and affiliated physicians in over 90 medical specialties and subspecialties. It operates 47 hospitals and more than 370 health and urgent care centers across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and the Gulf South. Position Highlights: Virtual Tumor Board that meets regularly and that will assist us in building our Oncology program. Outpatient Infusion Center in 2 locations 340b Drug Pricing to enable access to multiple medications Established Hospitalist team to handle admissions Access to advanced technologies and specialty diagnostic support Radiologist/Oncologist services available in town On site Lab and Pharmacy On site cancer support groups and classes, along with dieticians and licensed counselors In house Radiology and Pathology team Clinic 4.5 days a week, Monday-Friday Call limited to 10 days per month and no night call Excellent earning potential (2-year Base Salary guarantee plus wRVU production) Rapidly growing system with the addition of over 20 new physicians in the last two years Compensation and Benefits: Salary is commensurate with experience and training Paid vacation, holidays and CME Full benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance Additional benefit options focused on physical, financial, social and mental health Retirement options (401k, 403b, and 457b) Relocation assistance Malpractice and tail insurance Why Choose Our Facility: Flexible schedules to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
