Our Facility consists of 7 acute care and 1 rehab hospital in Fort Wayne and the surrounding communities. Our Facility anchors the network as a 396-bed tertiary care center and Level 2 adult and pediatric trauma center. Our Facility
Scope of Position:
Traditional or inpatient only practice options
General GI with ERCP and EUS encouraged
Block time for endoscopy procedures in state of the art facility
Dedicated office and procedure time to maximize efficiency
Primary responsibility at one hospital with outreach potential
Advanced Practice Provider support
Strong physician leadership group
